well, i cannot claim to be smoke free, but i am smoke-highly-reduced. i sometimes go days without, and never smoke more than a few. it is kinda sad but i am still dealing with it.

hows limper?

16 months smoke free...

It can be done, I only think about it everyother day now.

Rough last quarter but lifes pretty good all in all.
