The main EN World messageboard page doesn't say it's my birthday. Actually, my birthday is Feb 29th, which should fall between Feb 28th and March 1st, but doesn't this year. Next year there'll be one.
So, in theory, if you checked the EN World messageboard page at exactly 0:00 AM you would have seen it was my birthday. Or maybe not.
Anyway, I'm 7 3/4 years old by one reckoning (31 by the other).
At what point do you start saying 'thirty-something'?

I think it's when parts of your body creak that use to not creak. And when people under the age of 20 consistantly call you "sir"
And the real kicker, when discos and dance clubs are having theme nights with the music of your teens and college years. Never will my oldest sister live down our youngest brother going to "80's night" at clubs.
Technically you only have a year more every four normal years, so you will be thirty-something when normal people born a day before you will be some 120-130 years old...
All in all it was a good birthday. I got one of those Illustrated Tolkien Enyclopedias.
Congrats!!
