shouldn't number of reviews be presented side by side with the score?

A mean score by itself has little value without knowing something about the number of reviews it was based. A mean based in large sample is more likely to represent the real average than one taken from a small sample.

The sample number is present along the score in the individual product page, which is good. However, I would find useful to have it also in all appearances of the mean score, such as in the publisher's products page or the all publishers page. It wouldn't be hard to implement and it would avoid surprises such as some products scores roughly over- or underrated that are sometimes found.
