[news site]Deleting an account on the news site

A user submitted the following to the FAQ sections:

I have two accounts one as Brekke and one as Elf Witch. This happened because at one time I could not logon as Elf Witch no matter how I tried. So I made a new account. The problem now is sometimes it logs me on as brekke and sometimes as Elf Witch. I have no control over it becasue it will not allow me to log on with the other name. Is there anyway to fix this delete one of the accounts?

Can anyone help on this?
