I'm trying to find out if there were any replies to my thread in the off-topic forum about good textbooks for calculus of complex numbers. It's over a month old, so I don't know if it's still in the database. I don't want to start up another round of "posting a new thread and bumping it every day for a week."

Calculus of Complex Numbers textbook?

When you know who started the thread, and it isn't in a very busy forum, the easiest way to find something like that is to sign out, go to that forum and click on the thread starter link at the top of the threads. That'll put all of the threads in the forum in alphabetical order by the name of the thread starter.

Heck, no need to sign out; on any forum, anyone can sort using a bunch of qualifiers, including a date range and thread starter. Check out the bottom of the screen when you're looking at the thread listings!

It's actually faster than searching, although a bit more work.
