Again, I feel compelled to refute your claims that items you are selling have substantial collectible value. Both of these items, for instance, are available in Near Mint condition through online resellers for less than $2.00 (US) each, plus shipping and handling. They are not collectible items.

While I realize that you may not being doing so intentionally, you now have an established posting history of advertising multiple non-collectible items as collectible and overvaluing them for the purposes of sale.]

We make it fairly clear that trading and sales done here in the Marketplace are strictly "let the buyer beware". If you see a major problem, report the post, and allow the staff to handle it please. Please do not interfere in other people's business in the future.
Since this is the second time jdrakeh has made the claim that I am an unscrupulous seller on ebay and has not given this kind of attention to other members of ENworld who advertise their wares here, I can only assume that this has less to do with my actions as a small businessman and more to do with some personal dislike engendered between us. Each instance that has occurred has been used by jdrakeh as an opportunity to advertise other internet sales outlets in effort to grind some personal axe of his.
Instead of pretending to be a Paladin of the Better Business Bureau on this forum, if jdrakeh really thinks that I am using unscrupulous business practices then maybe he should file a complaint with ebay instead of harrassing me here. Of course, ebay administration might not give his complaint any credit since I have a 100% positive feedback record so far.
Jeff, you are discussing moderation in-thread, which is explicitly against EN World rules.
I am looking into the claims, and I'll pass my findings on to the other mods and admins, and we'll make a decision. Until that time, I expect the two of you to stop sniping at each other.
