Hey, hey! Wisconsin is great. Sadly, I haven't been to the Madison area, so I can't be of much help.

Go crash Noah's house?

Eat his food, drink his beer, pry through his gaming books.

If you are going to be stuck in Wisconsin, Madison is definitely the place to be!

Take it from a native. Go down to State street in the middle of the college on the isthmus. There should be plenty of people about even with school in summer session (the weather is rarely warm enough for street parties during the school year).

You should be able to find a good number of clubs, bars, restaurants to hang out in and plenty of interesting folks to meet.

Affectionately known as "Noadison" for good reason, you should definitely drop him an email. Even if he is busy, he can tell you of the wonders of one of the best party/college towns in the northern USA. Try looking up Pegasus Games, one of the oldest and best respected gaming sites ever...

Pegasus Games
6640 Odana Road
Madison, WI 53719
Phone: (608) 833-4263
Fax: (608) 833-4886

Their website is mucked up right now, but they're one of those places that is legend in the gaming industry.

Make the best of it, Double-M!

Sadly my internet died about 30 minutes after I sent that message or I would of looked into things.

BTW Mark, on my current account I'm in Chicago at least once a week. Last Thursday I was caught at the Sears on Cicero Ave without anything to do - and eventually it will happen again.

I need to start collecting phone #'s.

Displaced Wisconsinites need to decide what they want to be called, ya see?

My girlfriend is very proud of Wisconsiness, but dislikes being called a cheesehead.

Maybe she's not a football fan? I actually used to own one of those foam-rubber cheesehead hats to wear while watching the Packers.

Scary, I know...

I reccomend State Street Brats (pronounced as in 'brat'wurst). The white brat is my favorite, although the red ain't bad neither. Its amazing how much time you can kill in Madison Wisconsin eating brats. They have it down to a science.

Other than that... find a movie theater and watch Spiderman II a whole bunch of times... not like you arn't going to do that anyway!

Nope. She's a Packers fan all right. Whenever they're on tv here, we must watch. I think it is a requirement of all Green Bay natives to be a Packers fan.
