Empty Room Studios Publishing is looking for writers familiar with the True20 system to write adventures for our
Quick Play Adventure line of products. We're specifically looking for writers with a strong grasp of the English language who can follow instructions, meet deadlines, and create publishable works.
Rates
Rates are paid via monthly royalty payments of 30% to 50% of the profit margin depending on how much work is involved in editing and preparing the manuscript for publishing. Most freelancers can expect to receive a rate of 40%. If your adventure is selected for conversion to an additional system, you receive one-half of the original royalty percentage for each conversion. Royalties are paid through PayPal unless other arrangements are made.
In addition, depending on experience, we may also discuss a per word pay rate with certain writers.

Empty Room Studios is also looking for an assistant for myself (Rick Hershey), responsibilities are not too intense and will only amount to a few hours a week at the most. This position offers no pay, but the selected applicant will receive a copy of all of ERSP's products, both past and future (as long as you remain working for ERSP).
