Lyko - Assult on Fina's Gate

When we last left off the party had just finished dealing with 3 Horned Devils in the midlle of the night.

The party had decided to take a few days a observe the lands surrounding Lyko trying to be very safe. Here's what the party learned:

Lyko is enclosed in a mass of dark clouds. The clouds extend in radius of about 2 miles and the clouds are very dark. High winds and gusts are common in the clouds and there are random lighting storms that range from mild to sevre.

patrols out side the clouds are constant and consist of both ground and air groups. during the day the air patrols are made up of mostly griffon riders and winged creatures. you can see several fortified aireal mount depots that are the origin of the patrols. at night the air patrols consist of small dragons and winged devils and demons

The grond patrols are made up of fast light fighters mostly on mounts but some are on foot. at night they are made up of races that see well at night.


The party knows where Fina's gate is near the outer wall in Lyko. you think you might be able to ge there through the patrols with some luck but it will be impossible to know what awaits you since it is in the cloud.
