Baldor follows close to Ray, ready to fight or heal as needed. As the door opens he says, "Watch for survivors, there was also human visitor here abouts somewhere."
You find a small room with a few overturned benches scattered about. You also see four snarling goblins dressed in leather armor and carrying morningstars. For a moment they seem disappointed - perhaps they were hoping that you'd all be dwarves -
Round 1
but two still start to attack you fast as the others yelp for reinforcement... Ray picks out the biggest, meanest-looking goblin, and boldly strides forward and attacks. Unfortunately, he is so anxious that he misses. Baldor lumbers forward with his morningstar raised. He roars a battlecry, For Moradin and the Lord of the Hall! and swings at the nearest goblin, but misses because of the cover of the doorway.
But Dagger darts to the other side and slashes a goblin with his shortsword, downing the little monster.

Round 2
Another goblin steps over the fallen one and attacks Ray with the help of another one! But even together, they ain't able to break through Ray's defense. Ray boldly stands in the midst of the goblins, the grubby, greasy little humanoids barely reaching to his chest as they try in vain to pierce his defenses. Then he hefts his mighty greataxe and gets his feet tangled around each other and nearly falls! Baldor scowls at the filthy goblins, obvious hatred in his eyes. The sight of these creatures in his home, defiling everything they touch fills him with rage. With another shout he tries to swing his morningstar through the doorway in front of Ray as ... Dagger attempts to get in on the violent action, attacking the goblin if he's still standing, but both attacks are only hitting the doorway!

The hobgoblin steps forward and delivers an awesome blow to poor Ray. Another one of this, and the fight will be over for the valiant fighter. Baldor winces as Ray takes a terrible blow from the hobgoblins weapon. He isn't sure how that creature managed to sneak up on them but he is confident that they will bring it down. He turns to Ray and lifts a heavy smithing hammer from his belt. Holding it in front of him he intones a prayer to Moradin before touching the injured mans shoulder. "Thanks, Baldor!
