A gentle, "Oh, please be careful," comes from the back of the group. Just before dozens of strands of twisting black energy burst out the ground to grasp the devils. Senara manages to steer them away from Devastation, aided by his incredible agility (or perhaps the other way around).
"I hear those tentacles tend to latch onto the worst places..." the witch observes, before manuevering north to put more space between herself and the southern legion devils, her boots making noise scraping against the ground.

While several devils grapple with the tentacles summoned by Senara, One of the Bone Devils disappears and the War Devil is suddenly in it place, while it reappears in the rear, where its commander used to be. The commander immediately pierces Sharm's chest with its trident, raises his body with immense strenght, and drops him right next to itself.
A Legion Devil charges Eiran but is confounded by the blur and misses widely.
Ok...Evard's BT hits: Ice Devil 2, Cambion 1 and 3, Bone Devil 1 and 2, and Legion devil 11, that dies.
Sharm is hit by the War Devil for 19 dmg, slided and knocked prone in *K11* (disregard the map). He gets 5 temp hp.

Eiran silently thanked Ioun. Both the Ice Devil's and the Legion Devil's attacks had missed him. Though the spot where he stood seemed to be in danger of getting overrun. I better fall back, he shivered. The immortals' unexpected mobility and the location's many columns were making it difficult for him to effectively bring his magic to bear. Not to mention that the possibility of getting flanked was also quite unappealing.
Discretion being the better part of valor, Eiran retreated to the relative saftey of a large column with the hope that his new position would limit the enemy's area of approach until he could get a better vantage point.
Round 2 Actions
Minor: None Move: Shift to F3. Standard: Walk to A1.
As Eiran moves out of sight again, more Legion Devils advance in ranks. One charges Brudd, but its sword gets nowhere near the minotaur. Two more approach Kozaar and swing at him almost simultaneously, but Brudd's spell has made it even harder to hit the warrior. No hit.
As Sharm tries to get away from the two large devils towering upon him, they take the chance to swing at him, and both wound him.
In that same part of the battlefield, Devastation is charged and slashed by another Legion Devil, while two more approach Brudd and attack, but still none can hit.

Snorting at the pitiful efforts of the devils, Brudd mocks,
"Wow no wonder you need numbers, now let me show you what real power can do! Kord show these devils the real power of fire! And let them see how they fair in a holy firestorm!"
The Minotaur darts nimbly back his sudden speed catching his foes off guard, chuckling he hurries around the pillar and grins nastily. The golden fist around his muscular neck rises sending forth a beam of roaring fire which stikes in the devils midst and roars forth into a great conflagation.
An enormous pillar of fire burns almost a quarter of the battlefield, but most of the Legion Devils hide behind their shields, clumping together and manage to avoid being incinerated. Only one can't escape death. The Ice Devil and the Cambion in the area take the full brunt of the fiery assault, but they are saveby their innate fire resistance. The War devil Waughs at the sparse flame that reach it behind the column.
A cambion aims a fiery ray at Devastation, but the tiefling is too quick.
A Legion Devil charges Sharm, and cuts him on the shoulder.

"Sharm, take the Ice Devil. They're not my cup of tea. Senara, did that cowardly wizard just run from this fight," Kozaar asks loudly, disgusted by his companion.
He moves past the Legion Devils, ignoring their attacks to bring his axe against the War Devil. "Get back in there!" A solid hit from his shield knocks the War Devil backwards, further into Senara's deadly tentacles (hopefully).

Ignoring the annoyance posed by the legion devils, Devastation focuses his efforts on the bone devil above him. He crouches down and continues to move with the creature, then slashes out with his dagger at an exposed weak spot in its armored skin.

Senara squeezes the orb, directing her spell to continue crushing those in the area. Then she drops a freezing blizzard at the foes clustered to the south to kill many of the infernal soldiers.

Hmm, Senara is invisible to most of those enemies (I think), so that could be another +2 on everyone but the War Devil. She already has CA against him because of Wintertouched.
Those already immobilized (Bone Devil 1, Ice Devil 2, Cambion 1, Cambion 3) in the area take 9 necrotic.
Standard Action: Winter Wrath to K12.
Winter’s Wrath: Abu2 within 10. +22 v F: H: 2d8+12 cold. E: zone UENT: grants concealment, creatures starting turn in the area take 7 cold damage. Can end as minor.
Senara's attack chills to death several Legion Devils. The war Devil observes the scene calmly and shouts a few orders in the direction of an Ice Devil and a cambion. The first nails Sharm with its longspear, while the latter floats out of the Tentacles' reach.
Then the War Devil disappears and again the Bone Devil retakes its place.
A Legion Devil charges Brudd, hitting him on a forearm.
Then the Ice Devil that just attacked Sharm moves away, seemingly measuring the distance from the nearby Bone Devil, then, hitting the ground with its spear, releases a huge burst of chilling energy that hits and freezes Kozaar and Sharm.
What's worse, while moving to get the Bone Devil out of its attack's range, the Ice Devil has spotted Senara, and it lands a wicked blow of its spear on her chest.
The Cambion that moved on order of the War Devil causes a flame to erupt right where its ally is standing surrounded by Sharm and Kozaar, and the fire hits both the dragonborn and the Legion Devil, though the result disappoints him: while Kozaar takes little damga from the flame, the Devil's resistance fail him, and it falls dead.
The grappling Cambion creates a flame in the exact same place, and burns both Sharm and Kozaar, managing to free itself of the tentacles too.
Devastation hits the Bone Devil, which misses Kozaar. Devastation takes 21 dmg (reduced to6) and is knocked prone.
Evard's BT hits only Legion Devil 10. Winter's Wrath hits: Bone Devil, Legion Devil 5, Legion Devil 4, Legion Devil 3 and Devastation. Zone damage is halved on allies too.
The War Devil recharges one power. It lets Ice Devil 1 make a basic attack and Cambion 2 move. Sharm is hit for 18 dmg and is slowed (save ends) Legion Devil 1 charges and hits Brudd for 8 dmg. The Ice Devil releases a close burst 5 that hits Kozaar and Sharm (attack's vs Will); they suffer 5 ongoing cold dmg and are immobilized, save ends. The Ice Devil also hits Senara for 18 dmg and slow, save ends.
Kozaar takes 7 fire dmg, 5 ongoing(save), pretty irrelevant.
Same attack and same damage from Cambion 3, Sharm is hit too this time, 17 dmg and 5 ongoing for him.
Btw, I remembered to add 10 hp to Sharm's Total, so I corrected the previous status.

Eiran peered cautiously around the pillar that he was using for cover. The Legion Devils that had been swarming along the northern edge of the great hall had moved down to engage his companions. That gave the young Wizard some breathing room and a bit of a clearer shot. There weren't as many immortals clustered tightly together as he would have liked, but it would have to do. I better make this count, he thought grimly.
Whispering a few words of power, Eiran conjured a multi-hued ball of scintillating light in the palm of his right hand and sent it streaking towards one of the menacing Ice Devils.
Round 3 Actions
