Xandren nods at the proposed direction. "It would be unwise to leave potential enemies at our back while we explore the lower level. I will lead the way."
The warforged throws open the door. It slams against the wall, and the warforged calls out, "Hobgoblins! Three of them on the right of the room!"
The rest of The Lost, behind Xandren in the hallway, find it hard to see into the room. The room is lit by torches and you can make out the edges of bamboo cots and bunks.
I've only got the area of the map that Xandren can see, that's why part of the wall and why the hobgoblin's aren't on the map. For Lorn and those that go after him, go ahead and take your move action, and I'll expand the map and add the hobgoblins. For the first person to enter to the room: It might be wise to yell out what you see.
Taking a deep breath to steady his nerves, Lorn rushed into the room. Contrary to the stereotype of wizards as cautious, methodical planners, his time in the field for Cyre had quickly taught him that it was often better to act, than react.

Lorn will go down along the wall to the left of the doorway as far as his move action allows (not quite sure where he's considered to start) assuming that the situation is not so dire I'd rather just turn around and come back out.
I think you need to update Lorn's health/surges/AP as per my last post.

Lorn moves from the hallway into the room. Crude beds are up against the walls around the room. Several chests can be seen among forgotten food and animal hides. The northeastern part of the room narrows down to a choke point before widening into another room. Because of his position, the wizard can't see the contents of the second room. A pair of hobgoblins holding spiked flails and shields stand at the northern end of the room. A second hobgoblin holding a longsword and shield stand behind them.

The shadows assault the minds of the hobgoblin's but only one succumbs to the spells psychic power. The shadows linger in the area, mystically impeding their foes movements.
Taking the opportunity for a surprise attack, Thormir sprints before Hesh and Stellan, and imposing his power on the nearest Hobgoblin, he draws a circle of fire with his finger in fron of himself; moments later, an orb of fire coalesces in the middle of the circle, then shoots like an arrow from a bow, and explodes upon hitting the unaware guardian, spreading scorching flames to his allies. The hobgoblin is heavily burned by the warlock's magic, and as the fire roils around it, it spreads to it's allies. The hobgoblin in back, it's leather armor not enough to protect it from the heat falls to the ground, smoldering.

Stellan moves forward hefting his battleaxe. He doesn't quite close the distance to the remaining pair, hoping to break up their formation. The warden swings his axe, spectral vines lash out, grasping at the wounded hobgoblin. At the last second, it raises it shield keeping, the warden at bay.

Hesh moves forward into the room past his allies. The warlord rushes at the hobgoblins he swings his flail mightily and the spiked end connects with the hobgoblin's leg. The hob crumples to the ground, but is still conscious.

Hesh his h2 vs fort with a 21. H2 takes 6 damage and is knocked prone. Flattening charge not expended.
The warforged warrior moves forward finally. Hefting his great blade he swings a great sweeping blow with his fullblade, a blow meant for both hobgoblins. As he swings at the prone hobgoblin, it rolls out of the way, and the blade hits the sandy floor. The warforged can't recover his momentum enough to strike at the second foe who knocks the weapon away with the chain of his flail.

Xandren uses sweeping blow against the hobgoblins misses with a 17 and a 15 but marks both of them.
All hell breaks loose then, a pair of hobgoblin's holding longbows appear, now visible in the other room. The archer's fire at Thormir, after hearing the screams from their hurt comrades. The first arrow strikes home, hitting the dwarf in the belly, nearly knocking him off his feet. The hob encourages it's ally, who draws back his own bow, but the arrow skips off the floor, after hitting the ceiling first. The hobs bark pointing at Hesh.

A goblin, wearing a headdress of bone and holding a rod levels it at The Lost. A cloud of green mist settles over the area, concealing the forms of the goblins, as well as causing the eyes of The Lost to water uncontrollably.

The hobgoblins on the front lines strike back. The hob on the ground swings it's flail at Xandren, but the blow is clumsy from the ground and the 'forged easily dodges. The first attack was only a distraction as the second takes advantage of the opening to land a heavy blow against Xandren's leg, numbing it and slowing him down.

H2 misses Xandren with a 14. H1 CRITS! for 14 damage. Xandren is marked and slowed.
More trouble is happening, as the stone along the far wall slides open, concealing a passageway and more hobgoblins! They rush from their place of hiding surrounding The Lost.
The first rushes out, charging Thormir, it's blade slicing into the dwarf's bicep. Another comes out, attacking Hesh, but the blade is deflected away by Hesh's spinning flail. A third, holding a spear and shield attacks Hesh as well, easily getting past his defenses, the tip catching the hobgoblin in the shoulder. The hobgoblin calls out, to it's allies, and it's allies respond moving around the battlefield.

C'mon men, surround them!
The shaman slides away against the South wall of the room. The two flail-wielding warriors shift around Xandren, Xandren brings his blade down on top of the one that was prone, holding him in place, the other stands adjacient to the shifter.
The hobgoblin's threatening Thormir and Hesh move around, flanking Lorn. Four more hobs move out from the passageway. One moves next to Hesh and thrusts with his blade, but it's knocked away by Hesh's spinning flail. One moves into position and charges Thormir, but nearly trips over it's own feet as it runs. Another moves into a flanking position on Hesh, but the warlord ducks under the slash. The final hobgoblin moves into position next to Thormir.

H4 moves in and charges Thormir, hits with a 20 for 5 damage. H5 misses Hesh with a 9. H6 hits Hesh with a 24 for 8 damage.
H6 uses power to allow allies within 5 to shift 3 squares. H2 is hit by Xandren's combat challenge and doesn't shift. A lot of hob movement...trust me...H7 misses Hesh with a 15. H8 misses Thormir(nat one). H9 attacks and misses Hesh with a 16. H10 double moves next to Thormir(that's a 10 not a 1).
Thormir assesses the situation quickly, and as soon as the first arrow hits him, while he sees the second coming at him, with a grunt of pain the dwarf attunes with his cape, which flutters around him, and envelopes his body, folding on itself and disappearing like a thin void of reality. The warlock reappears in front of the Hobgoblin archers, and, free of immediate threats to his aim, unleashes a furious display of brutal arcane power. First, he sucks away the life energy of the archer that hit him, and replenishes his own. Then, he envelopes him with flames of retribution, threatening his life should he himself suffer harm. Then, inspired by his own battle prowess, and urgency of his companions' situation, he unleashes another blast of energy at the other archer, all the while grinning cruelly at the helpless victims of his power. Let's play, lads!

these are my actions if A1 and A2 are indeed the archers. I suppose it's the A1 that hit Thormir. Upon being hit, as an immediate reaction, Thormir activates the Cape of the Mountebank and teleports to K68, he gains CA vs A1 till the end of next turn, and activates Shadow Walk, and gains concealment. On his turn: minor:second wind(regain 10 hp, gain +2 to all defenses, and thanks to Runecarved feat, +1 to hit and +5 to damage to next attack); minor: curse A1; standard: Vampiric embrace on A1: 18(with CA) vs Will, 26 dmg and Thormir gains 7 temp hp. Action point: Hellish Rebuke vs A1:CRIT, 11 fire dmg and 6 more dmg if Thormir suffers any dmg this round; Thanks to Hesh's Bravura presence, basic attack: eldritch blast vs A216 vs ref, 8 dmg; remember Thormir has a total bonus to defenses of +4... wow, this was a long one!!

Through itching, watery eyes Lorn could see that the situation had gone south rather quickly. The blurred forms of hulking brutes closing in on him, Lorn raised his staff to ward off any blows and tried to slip out from between them and away from the irritating fog. Wiping his eyes as he ducked past one he wheeled and looked at mass of hobgoblin silhouettes in the stinging vapors. Still blinking back tears, he slammed the butt of his staff against the ground throwing his arms wide and a blossom of flame washed across one side of the room.

stonegod, my action will hit you, it seems a good tradeoff but it it's not cool with you Evo please change my action to just target H6,H7,H9 without the enlarge spell. Besides a foggy room full of hobgoblins who could blame Lorn. :P
After the initial shot from the archer's Thormir appears in their midst, the magic of his cloak expended for the day. As the hobgoblin's get into positions, Lorn finds himself in a precarious position. The wizard steps back and still blinking back tears, he slammed the butt of his staff against the ground throwing his arms wide and a blossom of flame washed across one side of the room. The hob near the wizard slashes with his blade, but Lorn is ready, and dodges the attack. When the flames disapate, only the hobgoblin holding the spear is left. Lorn's magic left charred, smoldering bodies on the ground.

Thormir continues the assault after teleporting to archers and shaman, who he realizes is behind him, holding a dagger and a rod. The dwarf sucks wind, knowing that if he can't finish these three off, he's in trouble. He is still confident though. Raising his hand, a ribbon of darkness lodges itself the archer's chest. It pulses and Thormir gets stronger. Drawing inspiration from Hesh, Thormir attacks again, fire blasting the archer again. The magic of fire smolders on the hob threatening to ignite him again. Thormir follows up that blast of magic with another, this one at the other archer. It strikes him in the shoulder paining him but he doesn't look too bad.

Hesh wrinkles his brow in confusion at the hobgoblin's accusations, bellowing loudly in the goblin tongue.

Prophet? I'll show you prophecy. The Blood of the Thousand shall take you!
Coughing, he yells in triumph as the little man blows through some of the competition. But seeing Lorn in trouble, he challenges one of the other goblins nearby in their hard tongue and rushes it, heedless of the one at his back. He swings his double flail hard, trying to draw the attention towards him, but the smoke is disorienting. Refusing to give in, the hobgoblin pushes himself and swings again, but with little better luck. But he's ready if the foe moves.
Stellan once again tries to draw one of the hobgoblins toward him, hoping to give Lorn a bit of space. This time the spectral vines emerging from his axe grasp the enemy and drag it to him. With a feral growl of challenge, the shifter draws the attention of both nearby hobgoblins, then steps back, to avoid being trapped between them.

Stellan growls, and the vines emerge from his axe once again. This time, they find their mark. The thorny vines rip out the throat of the hobgoblin, and Stellan yanks hard, ripping the head from the creature even as it is jerked towards him.

Hesh steps away from the hobgoblins near him and Xandren. Yelling insults at his kin threatening Lorn, Hesh charges him. The hob raises it shield deflecting Hesh's ill concealed tactic. Hesh follows up with another strike, and once again he is denied.

Xandren swings his blade at the hobgoblin threatening him. The great weapon strike was too slow, and the hobgoblin hops over the blow.
The hobgoblins strike back. Bolstered by it's leader's attack on Hesh mere seconds before, it's longsword draws blood along Hesh's ribs.

H4 hits Hesh with a 27 for 5 damage.
The leader of the hobgoblins steps next to Xandren and stabs the warforged through the leg with it's spear. The hob on the ground stands and swings it's flail at the same time as it's comrade does. Both spiked weapons strike the warrior in the knees, nearly felling the warrior

H6 hits Xandren with a 26 for 10 damage. H1 and H2 hit Xandren with a 19 and a 20, for a total of 23 damage.
The goblin shaman stabs his knife into the wall, no not the wall, a stone colored rope! The rope snaps, and a bamboo wall, covered in grey cloth swings down from the ceiling, trapping Thormir in the other room. The goblin raises his rod, and calls out a curse, and the dwarf's vision goes dark and his eyes burn.

Goblin uses move to cut rope holding up hidden door. The door cannot be opened normally. Str checks or break through or some other solution. The door blocks LoS and LoE to the other room. gob shaman uses power to hit Thormir's fort with a 27. Thormir takes 6 damage and is blinded(save ends). Damage trigger's Thormir's power, killing the archer and Thormir gains 3 THP. Other archer fires and hits with 28 for 12 more damage.
