Since I marked all adjacent enemies last round, H1 was marked by Stellan when it attacked Xandren. That would a -2 to its attack, and a chance for Stellan to use Warden's Fury, unsuccessfully.
Stellan's axe misses the opening he spots in the hobgoblin, and he grimaces in sympathetic pain as Xandren is hammered by the various attacks. He shouts wordless challenges again, getting the attention of the two within his reach. He then swings his axe at one of the hobgoblins, reversing it and letting the backswing spin him around to try to catch the other one by surprise.

Free: Mark all adjacent targets
Standard: Wildblood Frenzy, attacking H1 then H6, hits AC 21 for 13 and AC 12 for 11.
Move: if H1 drops, shift to G72.
Thanks for the reminder! I was laying in bed this morning and realized that I had forgot that you had marked that hob. I was hoping to fix it before you noticed.
Even with your mark, the 18 is still enough to hit Xandren
Retcon:
As the hobgoblin swings at Xandren, Stellan retaliates with his axe. The blow glances off Xandren's shoulder, not hurting him, but deflecting the strike enough where it doesn't come near the hob.
End Retcon
Lorn yells, Xandren, get out of the way! The wizard raises his staff in preperation of the warrior's movement.
Stellan growls deep in his throat grabbing the attention of the pair of nearby hobs. Swinging his axe at the flail warrior, the shifter's blow grazes his foe as the hob's ally deflects the blow away with the tip of it's shield. The hobs are working to together to bolster themselves against your weapons!
ooc
Hobs gain +2 to AC while adjacient to other hobs. Both attacks miss. H1 and H6 are marked.

Hearing the trouble behind, Hesh calls out to Xandren to buck it up and get out of that flank! But Hesh had his own worries. He throws his all into the attack, ignoring caution, with a look at Lorn to be ready.
Actions
Minor: Inspiring Word on Xandren. Standard: Brash Assault: Miss. H4 can take a CA attack against Hesh, and Lorn can take a CA attack against it if it does so.
Hesh calls out to the warforged, "Get out of that flank Xandren!" Throwing caution to the wind, Hesh spins his double flail about but only catches empty air as the warrior dodges his strike. His midsection open, the warrior raises his weapon to skewer Hesh, but his leader calls out from the other side of the room.
Goblinoid
"Don't you fool! It's a trick, let him see us kill his stone and wood companion first!"

Thormir blinded by the goblin's magic strikes out at the archer at the last point where he saw him. Fire bursts near the hobgoblin, but no cries of pain issue forth. The dwarf reaches out cautiously touching the wall and moves along it, his form shimmering from heat. The warlock rubs his stinging eyes, and they clear. "I see ya now!"
ooc
Hellish rebuke misses with a 7; Save vs blindness succeeds.
Xandren steps out of the way and fire explodes around the hobgoblins as Lorn completes his spell. One of hobs yells as it's skin is scorched. Xandren roars, "You don't have us yet bastards!"
ooc
Xandren shifts and Lorn's readied action goes off. H1 takes 10 damage. The bamboo gate is scorched. Xandren hits H6 with comback strike. 12 damage(that sucked) and he spends a HS. Xandren uses warforged resolve gains 4 hp and 4 temp hp. H6 is marked.
"Get that damn wizard!" The spear wielding hob calls out in common. Obediantly they move around the battlefield, moving to attack Lorn. The one that assaulted him before slashes the wizard with his longsword finding a gap in his defenses. The others swing their flails at Lorn, the wizard's armor protects him from one strike and Lorn ducks another swing aimed for his head. Roots erupt from the ground, pulling one closer to Stellan.
The hob commander spears Xandren again in the side, and he smiles. He taunts Hesh in his own tongue.
Goblinoid
What are you going to do about your dwarf friend now!
ooc
H4 his Lorn with a 28 for 5 damage. The other two shift 3 and move into position missing with a 10 and a 16. H6 hit Xandren with a 27 for 7 damage.
On the other side of the room, the hobgoblin archer nocks and fires another arrow at Thormir and then moves up the wall. The arrow sinks into the dwarf's leg and Thormir grunts in pain. The goblin chants again raising his rod at the warlock. The pain for the dwarf minor, but he is blind again. "Will ya stop doin' tha'!
ooc
Archer hits Thormir with a 16 for 12 damage. Shaman hits Thormir's Fort with a 22 for 3 damage and he is blinded again(save ends).
Hesh growled at the hobgoblin war-leader. Take that one out, he yelled at Xandren and Stellan. The others will fall when their leadership is broken! Turning to Lorn, he nodded to keep his guard up, and step forward to bring his flail down on the most wounded hob.
OOC: Shift to H75. Viper's Strike H2 (Stellan benefits): AC 15, 8

Trapped between the two hobgoblins Lorn was short on choices. Taking a chance he slipped back into the noxious cloud wheeling around as he went. Choking on the fumes he leveled his staff at the two that had flanked him and let loose a loud echoing blast of thunder.
Trapped between the two hobgoblins Lorn was short on choices. Taking a chance he slipped back into the noxious cloud wheeling around as he went. Choking on the fumes he leveled his staff at the two that had flanked him and let loose a loud echoing blast of thunder. One of the hobs grits his teeth and doesn't seem harmed, the other is thrown back into the wall of the chamber, cracking it's head against the stone and falling to the sandy ground.
Hearing the creatures moving around him, Thormir tries to keep still and listen, he thinks he knows where they are and fires a blast of magic energy at them. He hears snickers of laughter as he realizes he wan't close to targeting them. The dwarf moves forward, towards the laughter keeping a hand on the wall to guide him.
ooc
Thormir's perception check of 21 beats their stealth of 20, so he knows their direction. He fails to guess the correct square(just missed one to the right) and his EB fails to hit. The dwarf moves forward, toward the sounds. He fails his save vs blindness with a 6.
Stepping to the side, the shifter swings his axe the sand of the floor flowing over his armor, making him look bigger than normal. The shifter's axe connects, biting deep into the hobgoblin's bicep.
ooc
Stellan shifts to H71 and attacks (Earth shield strike)with 25 to hit and 15 damage(max)+1 AC for Stellan
Hesh growled at the hobgoblin war-leader. Take that one out, he yelled at Xandren and Stellan. The others will fall when their leadership is broken! Hesh brandishes his weapon at the hob that is wounded, now more mentally, as he sees his leader get devastated by Stellan. Hesh's strike is turned away by his opponent's own flail though, and dust rains down from the ceiling...
Xandren follows Heshes lead, stepping into position across from Stellan, swinging his large weapon in a big arc. The weapon strikes home, cutting deep along the hobs back.
ooc
Xandren uses reaping strike hitting with a 23 for 11 damage
In the back part of the room, the archer fires an arrow at Thormir, it shot is wide, missing over the dwarf's shoulder. The goblin shaman raises his rod in a chant, and Hesh's eyes cloud over even more, and then darkness is all he sees.
ooc
Archer misses Thormir with a 15. Shaman hits with blinding power with an 18 for 8 damage(Thormir unconscious and dying, blinded save ends). Don't forget about the secret door the gobs came through! Entrance at E 69.
The goblin commander strikes at Xandren, spearing him in the gut. The other hobs step away from Lorn and Hesh and charge the warforged. Their flails smash him in the ribs and Xandren falls to the ground.
ooc
G6 hits Xandren, with an 18 for 13 damage. H1 shifts and charges Xandren, hitting with a 25 for 12 damage. H2 shifts and charges, doing the same. Hitting with a 27 for 8. Xandren marked, slowed and dying.
The ground rumbles beneath their feet, something was going on, an earthquake!?
Suddenly free of aggressors Lorn looked around at the battlefield trying to formulate a plan. Despite the enemies losses, things were looking grim as injuries mounted on their own side. Catching a glimpse of movement in the tunnel they'd be ambushed from, Lorn made a beeline around the melee, across the chamber. Coming out of the noxious mist he was about to see more clearly, more combatants were coming. With a quick wave of his hand, light sprung up in the passage, illuminating the enemy. Lowering his staff, he spoke a few broken syllables, a curl of frost coming out of his mouth on the last. Frost formed over the tines of Lorn's staff as pale blue energy coalesced between them before suddenly streaking down the hallway toward its targets.
I've not included any concealment since they're not in the cloud and given it's magical nature I wasn't sure that it would apply to them standing outside of it, even on the other side.
Lorn should have cover from them unless they come farther down the hallway.

Lorn moves across the room, avoiding the hobgoblin commander. Illuminating the hallway, he raises his staff against the foes. One ray strikes the shaman, freezing it to the floor. The archer ducks out of the way and the ray of frost strikes the wall beside it.
We got to get to the Little Man! Someone get the golem up! Hesh moves to the otherside of the room, hoping that Stellan can handle the hobgoblin commander. With the light that Lorn provides, the warlord can easily see the goblin shaman frozen to the floor and the archer behind him.

Stellan swings his axe at the hobgoblin leader but he deflects it with the edge of his shield. The hobgoblin laughs, "NO MERCY!"
and the other hobs slam their flails onto the face of the warforged, crushing his skull, killing him. As if adding further insult, the leader puts his spear into the shifter's arm, leaving a bloody wound.

Stellan misses with a 17. Two hobs to CDG on Xandren, killing him. Leader hits Stellan with a 23 for 9 damage.
Lorn felt a rising twinge of emotion as he watched the ancient warforged succumb to the hobgoblins onslaught. He told himself it was just a construct, purpose built to fight and die, now was not the time to think about it. As he had quickly learned to do in the war he shut away the whirl of thoughts, turning with mechanical coldness he raised his staff again, intoning the well practiced words. Fire blossomed up among the hobgoblins, swirling into a coherent form over the lifeless body of Xandren.
Even as the fire erupted into the air toward one of the hobgoblins Lorn had already begun to move, making at dash for the sprung door that blocked the way between the two rooms. Digging into his belt pouch he pulled out a small vial has he ran. You can only help the living...
