Wing and Sword is a d20 Modern play-by-post military mini-campaign of counter-insurgency actions during the Algerian War of the 1950s and 1960s.
The player characters are légionnaires of the 1er Regiment Étranger de Parachutistes (REP), the First Foreign Parachute Regiment, assigned to suppress the insurrection lead by the Algerian National Liberation Front (FLN). FLN insurgents have been striking at civilian and military targets in the hinterland since 1954, but terrorist attacks in the large cities of Algiers, Oran, and Constantine are on the rise and the gendarmerie and sector troops assigned to the country are proving insufficient to stem the bloodshed. The French government begins a massive troop build-up in Algeria in 1956, but knows that conscripts alone will not be enough – the toughest assignments will fall to the men wearing a silver badge of a winged fist clutching a sword on their berets: Les Paras.
The paras are Légionnaire Marcel Benezet Fortier (played by Bobitron), Légionnaire Pyotr Andreievich Kerenin (played by shadowbloodmoon), Légionnaire Normand Joseph Mador (played by Barak), and Légionnaire Vidal Gaspard (played by знаток).
The campaign consists of eight operations (adventures) each made up of three to fourteen engagements (encounters), plus a prologue and epilogue. They are as follows:

Gloria e Flamae Solei is a religous themed adventure set in Eberron. The characters are the chosen of a particularly puritanical sect of the Church of the Silver Flame that feels that more direct action needs to be taken against the threat of evil.
Bad Moon over California is a one-shot D20 adventure using the excellent Sidewinder: Recoiled by Dog House Rules. I am considering running a Western campaign if this adventure plays out well. The characters are troubleshooters hired by a US marshal to investigate the strange happenings in a town in Northern California's Sierra Nevada mountains.
Piece of Mind is a d20 Modern play-by-post contemporary horror and sci fi campaign set in the darkest corners of the present day.
The adventurers come from a variety of backgrounds, hired to search for a vanished pharmaceutical researcher - the search for the missing doctor will lead them into something unexpected...

Dreaming For Ever is a roleplay with an unlimited amount of players and is planned to be playing it for very long. In it, you play Dungeons and Dragons styled gods.
It is not, as-of-yet running full IC, but I hope that soon i will get all of the character sheets and at that time, we will begin. Thanks for all your help and effort!

I was thinking maby some of us could get together and write a story together, like we each make our own characters then start writing chapters about that character, and sooner or later they can meet, do some stuff together , go on an adventure and when its all over we have ourselves a story. anybody whos in tell me!
Basically, the heroes are from the nation of Dorinth, which has been invaded by the Tallione Empire (based off of Rome) and destroyed. Therefore, there is no longer a kingdom to save. Instead, they must help protect the few thousand survivors from threats surrounding their new home and eventually help establish a new kingdom. Of course, others won't be happy about having the start of a new Dorinthian kingdom on their borders. As the Tallione Empire, elven kingdom, gnomish chiefs, dwarven peopele, and orc tribes all consider what to do about the refugees the heroes will have to navigate through both politics and adventure in order to guide their people to a new age. They will eventually take their quest to the heart of the Tallione Empire and even lead the remnants of the Dorinthian army into one Last Stand against those that seek to destroy the Dorinthians once and for all... and may even plan the same against the whole human race.

The Invasion of Mori is a 14th-level 3.5 PbP campaign. Characters must all be things that could conceivably come out of the abyss, even if not born there (whether actual fiends, tieflings, half-fiends, yugoloth mercenaries, undead, or something else.) Characters nominally serve a demon lord who forbids his followers to use his actual name (Derwydden) and has not attained princehood. With the opening of a permanent portal to a prime world, Derwydden hopes to seize the chance to subjugate an entire prime world and attain power over mortals that surpasses even that of some princes.
Each character is, for whatever reason, committed to the success of the fiendish invasion of some prime world called Mori, where the denizens have been foolish enough to open a permanent portal to your layer of the Abyss. Though the characters may have some small authority and respect from run-of-the mill lesser fiends, they will still be subject to the arbitrary whims of capricous balors and meddling mariliths who think they know how to run the Blood War. With your abyssal heritage comes great power, but also great danger - unlike a standard adventure, safety is not guaranteed in most towns, and enemies far beyond your ken may come to stamp you out, requiring you to flee.
