The dragons which the PCs slayed owned a ranch which is still in operation somewhere in the Kingdom of Bissel. It's really a front for a dragon hatchery. The PCs know this, and they want to shut it down. But they don't know where it is, what it is named, or who it is being run by.
(Plot twists needed).

Wizard paralyzed, samurai 6 hp, your Fiend Hunter down to 4 hp and 1 Con, surrounded by four dead Bebilith and one still alive...
Without sheathing the greatsword, with shaky hands unstoppers the small vodka bottle, swallow it down, and hurl it at the still standing demonic spider while yelling "come and get me!" just to allow the samurai to get the edge.
The closest thing to a palace in Bissel is the King's castle, and the PCs hang out there all the time. There isn't any place there it could be hidden that they don't know about.
Besides, they learned of the deed to the Ranch, though didn't actually see the deed.
All they know is that it's within the borders of Bissel.
But I still need plot twists.
I don't even have an adventure for this yet. The deed was part of the Dragon's treasure hoard, which the players let slip through their fingers.
Maybe the King's agents find it, and start training the baby dragons as Royal steeds?
More ideas please!

well, if the dragon was chromatic, have the hatching happen in a place where the sewers or something similar connect to the city.... and that leads to the castle well.... which leads to the Princess's room.... whom they either kidnap or kill. if they kidnap, the PC's track them down and rescue her, if they kill, the King sends them to find a cleric powerful enough to cast true resurrection, but he wants the pc's to find a powerful artifact that will aid him in the casting.

The kidnapped princess although a oprisoner is well treated and allowed to move around the underground hatchery. She has infact become somewhat enamoured of the baby dragons and now wants them protected. In fact she may even be able to convince one of the young dragons to help her escape...
