HD: Max hit points, +12 hit points per hit die
Speed: speed is tripled for all movement types
AC: +12 insight, +12 luck, +5 natural (if base creature already has natural AC, use whichever is better)
Attacks: +25 luck to all attacks
Damage: +20 luck bonus on damage rolls for melee and thrown ranged attacks
Special Attacks: +13 insight bonus (you're insane if you think I'm gonna type this part up ;))
Spell-Like Abilities or Psionics: +15 to caster level, gains greater dispelling, haste, and see invisibility at 15th caster level, even if they didn't have these before
Special Qualities: Fire and cold resistance 10 (use whichever is higher if they already had it). DR 20/+6 (use whichever is higher if they already had it). SR equal to paragon creature's CR +10 (use whichever is higher if they already had it). Fast healing 20 (use whichever is higher if they already had it).
Saves: +10 insight to all saves
Abilities: All stats 15 points higher than base creature
Skills: +10 competence bonus on all skill checks
Feats: Same as base creature, plus 2 bonus feats

If you want the CR, look it up. I don't wanna totally rape the ELH. :cool:
