The Fang does this look like the Right stats

A Tiny weapon... that does 2d4 damage... I don't think so. Why would anyone ever NOT take this?

Joe the halfling fighter: "Hmmm. I could either use my shortsword for 1d6 damage, or a tiny, light weapon for 2d4. I wonder which!"

Then Sould I make it a small weapon.

I think actually might be balanced as a small weapon. It'd be better than a shortswod, but would require Exotic Weapon Proficiency.
Once you change it to small, I think it will be balanced.

Hmmm... it is an exotic weapon. And is pretty powerful. Maybe 70 gp or around there.
