(not even close to topic) Cut and paste help

Being an absolute idiot, I cannot even cut and paste right.

Here's my problem:

I posted a sample monster on the board and now I want to put in my own library. I tried to cut and paste in out but when I put it in word it comes up yellow. As in unreadable yellow. Wouldn't be a problem if I had any yellow ink in my printer but I am of course out. I tried to change the font but there was no apparent change. Meaning it was still in yellow.

How do I make it unyellow, regular old black would be nice.

Thanks.

You don't need to change the font; you need to change the color!

How do I change the color?

Please have pity; my IQ has been falling like a rock since birth.

He said Word.
Ooops. Yeah, all you have to do is change the color.

IIRC, the command to change the color is under Format > Font, then there should be a little place where you can choose the color on the menu that pops up.

Thank you very much, it's tough being this dumb. It really is!
Heh, no problem. Have fun with your newly printed monster!

Definitely true. MS Word is one of the worst designed programs I've ever seen. The menus and sub-menus are terribly categorized and useful commands are buried five layers deep.

[Edit: Added the second half.]
