Yes! The subliminal commands I've been putting into my press releases and announcement emails are working. Next time, I'll have to command my slav...er...customers to buy multiple copies.

I picked this up and so far it looks very neat. I just would wish the file was not protected. As it is, I can't change the default view or separate the pages into folders. Could these features be enabled and an update released?

Let me look into this. I don't see a problem with enabling those features (I was actually unaware they were disabled).

I figured as much, it happened last week with another publisher. In Acrobat Pro, go to File> Properties (Ctrl+D) and then go to the Security tab to choose No Security. That takes care of it all.
Hey Blackdirge, can I make a suggestion for another one of these books?
MONKEYS.
No joke. D&D is well known for all kinds of monkeys, and there's a lack of them in 4E right now. An entire "book" full of monkeys to fight would cause my players to cringe. Bwahahaha!!

Way ahead of you. The third product in this series has apes and monkeys. However, next up is dinosaurs and prehistoric beasts...uh, I mean behemoths and prehistoric beasts.

Good work on the critters, if this is the standard of your work, you have just gotten yourself a new fan.
Cheers
Thanks.
I guarantee that any work done by Blackdirge Publishing will be at this level or better. It's what we've always done, and it's what we will continue to do. Big props go to Erik Nowak, Jesse Mohn, and Hunter McFalls for making our products look as good as they do.

Well, it's actually animals and beast, which includes monkeys.
I'm not sure a whole book on monkeys would do very well.

You might be surprised.....
In any case, one suggestion: Make sure you take advantage of the mount ability. If you have any creatures suitable for mounts, be sure to give a price for a PC to buy them. That was great in Adventurer's Vault so people have an idea of what they'd cost. I think the Blackjacket Bolter in the bug book is a mount, but you forgot to put (Mount) in parenthesis after the type... but yeah, a price would have been nice.
Just a suggestion... (Oh, and if you REALLY want to make me happy, have a Giant Guinea Pig or Riding Cavy as a mount.. My wife would be ecstatic!)

Again, way ahead of you. There are a ton of critters with the mount keyword in the next two Critter Caches. I'm also doing some interesting things with the mount ability in general to allow multiple characters to take advantage of mount powers on very large mounts (think howdahs). The addition of a price for mounts is a great suggestion; I'll definitely add that.
Thanks for pointing out the missing keyword on the blackjacket bolter; I'll fix that in the next update (nitpicker ).
