Suggestions Wanted

I need your help.

I am the author of QUERP (which stands for Quick Easy Role Playing) and the link for which is in my sig. We are about to embark upon a new book, which will contain a campaign setting using the QUERP rules. However, the rules are likely to be tweaked and modified to suit the setting.

My question to all of you is this. Would you release this book as a stand alone game, including all of the rules needed to play, or would you release it only with the modified rules included and note that it requires the QUERP Rulebook to play?

IMHO a stand-alone game is the better approach 80% of the time.
