[SEP] Free Fantasy Adventure

Back in 2005, Dean Martin and I--co-founders of Sword's Edge Publishing--planned to create a series of linked modules that could be run as individual one-shots or as an entire campaign. When Dean Martin left SEP, the project was left on the table.

Not one to waste hard work, SEP is putting what was done, the first module, on its website for free. The Lorestaves was to be a campaign in which the characters face off against the agents of a usurping deity in order to free the ancient gods. The first module includes information on the Temples district and Causens' Corners as well as the tavern at the sign of the "Squandering Snail."

Background information, setting information, and fiction based on the adventure are already available at Sword's Edge Publishing. More of the completed text and incomplete maps will be provided. Every Monday until the story's completion, another block of fiction is released. Every Wednesday until the module's completion, another section of the adventure is released.

Please note, the adventure was designed for 3.5, but there's still plenty of fodder for anyone running something different.
