| UMBRAGIA: Realms of Shadow Volume I - People of the Realms Let me just say that I personally found them both believable and promising. What makes these races special is that they are not modelled after the "classical" fantasy races found in most fantasy RPGs (Elves, Dwarves, etc.). It was the stated goal of Umbragia's designers to avoid such cliches and create something original. IMO they have succeeded. |

| UMBRAGIA: Realms of Shadow Volume II - Nations of Umbragia For those of you interested in running a campaign set in Umbragia, the "Nations" are obviously essential to get started. "Nations of Umbragia" is the second volume dedicated to Jagged Edge Game's "Umbragia - Realms of Shadow" campaign setting. It presents an overview of the world inhabited by the various races introduced in their first game supplement, "People of the Realms". |

| D&D 3E Character Sheets These are pretty good I have played D&D for quite a while, and I see the need for character record sheets individualized by class. These are pretty good, having even spell planning sheets for spell casters and animal sheets for familiars/animal companions/mounts/pets. |

| Expedition To The Ruins of Greyhawk Super Hero writing meets D&D
Expedition to the Ruins of Greyhawk is another update of a classic adventure for the d20 rule set. Written by several industry veterans, Ruins has a lot of mixed history with everything ranging from serious to humorous takes on it. As one of the dungeons associated most closely with Gary Gygax,... |

| Demon God's Fane This d20 adventure, a companion to The Book of Eldritch Might, is designed for challenging high-level play rarely supported in other d20 products.
Demon God's Fane Written by Monte Cook
The criteria I use to evaluate a d20 adventure includes the following:
1. Interesting and varied encounters: I look for unique encounters, allowing for a variety of role and roll playing. ... |

| Lean And Hungry Beware! This review contains major spoilers.
Lean & Hungry is a 64-page mono softcover product costing $14.95. Largish spaces between paragraphs and titles, along with a few chunks of white space at the end of chapters, give the product an airy feel. Two pages of ads don't help this aspect. Art runs from good to average; the front cover... |

| Secrets of the Ancients Secrets of the Ancients presents a series of vignettes that can be used individually or together to enrich any fantasy campaign using the d20 game sys The book provides solid entertainment value for the dollar and even if the adventures themselves aren’t used, the GM should get some value out of the monsters, magic items, and the prestige class. |

| Interludes - Brief Expeditions to Bluffside This introductory adventure takes you on a wonderful trip from the snowed in village of Kirkwood to the marvelous city of Bluffside.
This product is for the people who play in Bluffside a valuable source of information, but as an adventure it is fairly poor. The main reason I give it an Average score that it would be a 4 for a Bluffside campaign, but a 2 or even 1 in any other situation. Also the power level in the module is... |

| The Pantheon & Pagan Faiths The Pantheon and Pagan faiths is a book of divine magic and knowledge for The Hunt: Rise of Evil campaign setting.
First things first, jumping right out of the gate I noted that Pagan Faiths takes a more earthy feel to divinity. What does that mean exactly? It means that while there are some panthionestic elements common to fantasy role-playing games, Pagan Faiths went a step beyond that and integrated these... |

| In the Saddle: Horses and Other Mounts In the Saddle is a nice little pdf all about horses and mounts.
Like many of Darkquest Games pdf’s In the Saddle is filled with detail to the overflowing point. The first chapter describes horses and taking care of them in great detail. | Hacklopedia of Beasts Volume III: Elemental to Hippopotamus The third volume of creature reference manuals for the HackMaster 4th Edition RPG

| D&D Adventure Game "The easiest way to learn how to play the Third Edition Dungeons & Dragons game."
This is the product's goal and it does it admirably. I used the product to introduce a group of non-roleplayers to the game and I was surprised how they were just eating it up. After each adventure they were begging for the next. I knew D&D was a great game but it was hard to explain to new... |

| Lords of Darkness Really impressive job, all in all.
Lords of Darkness is a soft cover book, 192 pages and $29.95. At first glance, that seems a bit pricey, but the book features a plastic cover, and all the pages are in color. There's quite a bit of artwork, unfortunately done in the 3e style, but competently done. As a package, the whole thing is... |

| Synergy Artifacts This 50-page d20 sourcebook contains over 70+ Artifact items for all character levels.

| The Verdant World: A Handbook to the Green The first release from A New Arcadia Publications, is a 109-page PDF focused on plants in d20 fantasy gaming.
In the end, I found a lot of the ideas to be valuable as such, but the execution of them to be consistently lacking, particularly in the more rules-heavy sections at the beginning of the book. If you're looking for a bestiary of monstrous plants and a field guide to exotic herbs and roots, I think... |
