RPG Legalities: OGF/4eGSL/d20STLDiscussions about the Open Gaming Movement, the Open Gaming License, along with WotC's GSL. This is the new home of the OGF-L and d20-L listserver discussions.
Alright, so what would be a better way to divide the starting field? How about:
In WotC's camp
Kenzer
...
Out of WotC's camp
Green Ronin
...
My intention isn't merely technical (who's signed the GSL) - I wanted to start a thread where we could see who was going to support Wizards and 4E, and who is choosing not to.

Actually, Green Ronin's updating their character folio to 4E, too (per the latest news on their website). So this thread's back to square one, I'm afraid.

With the new announcement by Wizards of the Coast that publishers like Necromancer Games will be able to support the new Dungeons and Dragons 4th Edition rules, Necro is going 4E! That's right, "Fourth Edition Rules, First Edition Feel"
That has been on necromancers page since before the license was revealed. I don't think I ahve seen anything from Clark that indicates what they are going to do in way of support or if the terms are agreeable to Necro.

I was under the impression that goodman games where planning on signing the OGL... where have they stated otherwise? (just wondering )
Did you mean GSL and not OGL? Goodman is going to use the OGL for everything they release prior to October. At which time, they will sign on to the GSL (see the Ogrecave podcast for info straight from the horses mouth). this could make things interesting. Will WotC allow Goodman Games to use the GSL after flouting it in order to release material in time for GenCon? If WotC doesn't make a fuss, will it hurt them if they decide to go after any other company not using the GSL? Personally, I think this signals WotC as being more lenient. They are going to ignore those not using the GSL while being very complementary to those using the GSL. Providing that there is no mass exodus from the GSL or ignoring the GSL, this strategy is a win win scenario for WotC.
Will XRP be doing anything more in support of 3.5?
We are currently doing our 1e Advanced Adventures line, working on a new gaming system called Sorcery & Super Science, and the 4e Lands of Darkness.
We're debating on continuing the 1 on 1 Adventures line for 3.5 as well as writing A Magical Medieval Guide to Castles for 3.5, but those are only in the consideration phase.
And when Pathfinder arrives, we'll seriously consider support of that system as well.
