Referencing the Feywild in 3PP supplements

I've noticed the feywild mentioned in some 3rd party gsl supplements.

Is this allowed? Or are people in breach of WOTC's IP?

It seems to be broadly allowed; the SRD contains the word 'feywild' in:

pg 26: Feywild Protection
pg 36: Cloak of feywild escape
pg 50: Feywild Alacrity
pg 53: Feywild Tactics

Given that, for example, the Channel Divinity feats that mention deity names are not in the SRD, I think that using 'feywild' is okay and won't result in WotC coming after them.

All that being said, using a construction like "the land of the fey" would probably serve many uses just as well.

Cheers,
Roger

Give the number of items in that are covered under the GSL that mention the Feywild, it seems to be the case that we can mention the item, but not elaborate on what the phrase "of the Feywild" actually means.

So far, there has been no clarification or expansion of this statement by Scott.

I'd go with this interpretation; you can use the word "feywild" when it's part of the name of an item mentioned under the GSL, but not "Feywild" as a place in and of itself. I'd assume the same holds true of the Elemental Chaos, Abyss, and etc.
