Githzerai and Zerth are not in the
SRD, so you can't use the terms or any derivation of their stat block in a licenced product. Refer to clause 9.1:

Supposing the Githzerai Zerth
was listed in the
SRD, you couldn't print a stat block for it, altered or not, but you could include a derived stat block called something else (say, Githzerai Sophomore).
If you use an existing monster attack listed in the
SRD, you can't reprint the description of the attack. I think you could show its basic stats that vary by monster (attack, defense, damage) and refer to the appropriate
WotC rulebook title for its special rules.
