Some other d20 settings have CHA to AC for Swashbucklers.

I forgot about the Divine Feats, too bad there's no CHA to attack (but CHA to AC and CHA to damage looks very good). Maybe I'll make a Charismatic Sword that adds CHA instead of STR or DEX to attack... There's a feat in Exalted Deeds the does that with WIS...

Cha instead of Str or dex sounds ok, though I have troubles to imagine that... but stacking? Nononono

If you say so.

I could see a Cha to attack as an ability similar to Divine Grace. An unnamed bonus equal to Cha added to attack rolls, as the blessing of a god. Though that kind of descriptive text would only work for paladins/clerics, perhaps.
