"I'm glad we finally had the chance to release this book," says Luke de Sade, president of BCE. "We had a lot of problems with writers and artists not delivering or dropping out of the project, but at the end everything was solved."
Metahumans, a Superlink product released for the award-winning game Mutants and Masterminds, is the first effort of newcomers Body Count Entertainment.
"So, what is Metahumans?" asks Luke. "It's an NPC book, because we know every game needs NPCs, so we made a book about them. You get over forty NPCs, from heroes, to villains, to vigilantes, plus a miscellaneous section filled with goodies such as powers, feats, and weaknesses."
Metahumans is a 56 pages long perfect bound book (not a PDF), with full color cover and black and white interiors, illustrated by artists such as Luke de Sade, David Acero, Joshua Masters, Tom Miskey, Trevell Harwell, Bong Dazo, and Damion Harris.
