I was thinking for my campaign I wanted a BBGE that had control over cold.
Such as he could freeze npcs, have mass cold attacks and any one with in 100 feet of him takes such amount of cold damage and more for every 20 feet closer they get to him. I want him to be able to freeze every thing in the places he goes such as the rooms the walls the floor etc..etc.. but I don’t know how I should go about making him. Can any one give me some ideas ?
