(occ just a note, that the fire-escape is on the outside of the building with fire-doors... there is also an internal stairway that is in sight (did not describe that sorry) /occ)
Most of the Squad breaks out into two-man fire teams, spreads out and starts checking out the first floor, while Gramps and Sneak head upstairs quitely...
Move Silent/Search rolls for the Squad
1. Brute MS: 2+3-2=3, S 6+1=7
1. Pedai MS: 17+-2=18, S: 8+10=18
2. Squeek MS:10+14-2=22, S:7+9=16
2. Thunder MS: 12+1-2=11, S: 20+0=20, Scent check 13+8=21
3. Duece MS: 15+3-2=16, S:2+0=2
3. Prof MS: 18+2-0=20, S: 10+2=12
4. Gort MS: 8+4-2=10, Search 3+0=0
4. Cat's Eye MS: 6+10-2=18, S: 5+0=5
5. Sneak MS: 19+11-0=30, S: 5+1=6, Listen 13+1=14
5. Gramps MS: 18+2-2=18, S: 3+1=4, Listen 5+2=7, Scent check 18+10=28
Working their way through the first floor quickly, Thunder grunts to Squeek that he 'smells someone' and they then both hear someone chanting something inside one of the admin offices. The windows are all smashed out and trash is everywhere, but they can't see who is making the notice, as there is a large pile of furniture in front of the door and window.
Upstairs, Gramps and Sneak don't see anyone on the second floor, but Gramps can smell a number of people fairly close by. He thinks four or five individuals, but it is hard to be sure as the stench of alcohol, bile, rotting food and it appears they have been using the hallways as a 'bathroom'.
Sneak also thinks he hears at least one other group father down the hallway and they both hear music from the 3rd floor also

"Apparently, its party night," Sneak said quietly, looking to Gramps and motioning to the hallway and take a few steps that way, "Some voices this way..."

Gramps follows Sneak down the hallway and, being careful, Sneak peeks his head around a corner to looking to a wrecked room. It looks like it might be a large rec room, for the residences. Three men and two woman are laughing and drinking, and throwing knives at a woman who is tied up on an opposite wall (maybe 15 ft away from them). All of them are fifty, with needles and pings stuck through their arms, eyebrows, and ears. They are also covered with makeshift tattoos, and have shaved their heads. Each has a pistol hostlers, and a SMG or Assault Rifles slung, but they also are carrying make shift daggers, knives, spears and other hand-like weapons. None of them notices the two Moreaus.

Pedia whispers to Brute "Do you have anything on any sort of computer network or security systems?. If they have security cameras here I might be able to tap into them through a terminal somewhere" Pedia then continues on searching for awhile before saying "The prisoners may not be keeping tight security but it could give us information on where they are"
OOC: If Pedia is not paired with Brute (as it appears) cancel this and Pedia just continues the search.

There are a couple of slightly damaged stations that are not go back. There does not seem to be any power to them, but he figures he could get one up and running if he had some within a couple of minutes...

"I seem to remember something about the computer systems but I can't recall just what, let me check," Brute says to Pedia. Brute then proceeds to try and bring up the information.
