Relax, guy. Is joke, no? WotC's half-assed editing results in some pretty amusing RAW conclusions. However, I've never found any errata or FAQ that corrects this so I can only conclude this is the way it was meant to work...

Ha! I have to agree with you. The sacred Rules As Written do indeed state that you get no more known spells per day, and that you do not increase in spell levels either!

That'll stop 'em from playing those pesky caster PrC's!
