GURPS Fantasy, anyone picked it up yet?

Mainly, I'm just wondering how useful the book is for non-GURPS fantasy worldbuilding. I'm assuming that like most GURPS books, it's a great sourcebook whether or not you play GURPS or not, but I thought I'd ask.

IIRC, it's just a fantasy setting, with lots of bad stereotypes.

I'm fairly certain he's talking about the new edition of GURPS Fantasy. This is definitely not a setting.

I'm waiting on my comp copies to arrive so that I can see how it turned out.

Fantasy HERO is pretty good too.
