Applying item creation to infusions officially removed.

Artificer scrolls neither arcane nor divine.

Craft Wands moved to 6th for Artificers
Metamagic Spell Trigger moved to 7th for Artificers

Mark of Making must pay normal XP costs for creation

Alternate forms counts as Shifting uses but may not combine Shifter abilities for Weretouched masters

Sharrash 19-20x2 crits

Actually, I find that somewhat disappointing.

Artificers can craft scrolls, but only artificers can use them? That doesn't make much sense to me, but there you have it.

I think I'm going to house rule/interpret this as:
* Like wands, anyone who has the spell on his list can use the scroll as a spell completion item, assuming they have a casting stat high enough.
* Artificers use their Int to see if they're smart enough to use an artificer scroll. They still need to roll UMD to fake a caster level.
* Wizards and similar spellbook-y classes can't learn spells from an artificer scroll, but can cast them (assuming they're on the Sor/Wiz spell list).
