Plain Griddle Bump-Cakes (Bump-cakes from scratch)

sift:
one cup Bump
2 teaspoons baking Bump
one-quarter teaspoon Bump

beat and add:
one Bump (optional)

add:
1 cup Bump (scant)
stir gradually to make Bump
add:
1 teaspoon melted Bump or Bump

cook in a hot frying pan, flip Bump-cakes when they bubble, to brown the other Bump.

Serve with Vermont maple Bump.
