Attack on the Bandit Camp [Concluded]

Charlarn of Phyrah: Male human cleric 3/ranger 1

Charlarn hears the pikeman behind him and the crossbowmen ahead of him. Not wanting to get too far from the others, he takes a step to the east (5-ft. step to K04). He shouts, "Drop your weapons. We're here for your leader." The foe curses at the cleric. Charlarn shrugs and swings his morningstar at the spear-wielding opponent and misses, even with Tenebrynn in a flanking position. He then sweeps his shield at the man.

Rinaldo, impres, take the occasion. Now that he is inside and only hi8s companion can see him, he looks at one of the fallen bandit. His rapier change shape, as his shield and even his face and now look at one of the fallen bandit. Now that he has a new appearance, he prepare himself to escape the tent, and try to find the leader.

OOC: move + magic item activation should make his round

From Round 2

Rinaldo moves into the tent. Hoping his companions observe his actions while the enemy does not, he takes on the semblance of one of the fallen bandits.

Sarah, smashing into the poorly made wooden gate, knocks it open to the dismay of the nearby bandits.

Round 3
Tennebrynn hustles into melee range of the fourth pikeman, provoking an attack of opportunity as he crosses his threatened area. The bandit hits him for 3 points of damage. Jarred by the pain, Tennebrynn swings his quarterstaff wide and misses.

Charlarn steps in to help, but the pikeman evades both his blows.

Iggy takes a 5' step to Q8, reloads his crossbow, and fires at the 4th crossbowman. He misses.

Taking a step forward and returning fire, that same crossbow wielding bandit misses Iggy. If not for his mage armor, the halfling would have been hit even with the cover provided by the watchtower. ooc: He does have mage armor up, right?

The pikeman surrounded by Charlarn and Tenebrynn takes a 5' step to the southwest. He stabs at Tenebrynn again, missing.

One of the 4 crossbowmen from the north west tent yells "That one! Fire!" They begin shooting, and shuffle their position slightly as they fire and reload. All four send bolts at Charlarn. Phyrah's blessing is great, and all miss.

The crossbowman in the tower, following their lead, also shoots at Charlarn. His shot would have struck the cleric, had Charlarn not been warry of him above all other opponents. (But for the dodge feat, Charlarn would have taken 8 points of damage.) The bandit reloads.

At the south tower, the crossbowman fires at Sarah. Not being quite so favored by the gods as our good cleric, she takes 4 points of damage.

The two pikemen also attack Sara, but she deflects their blows.

The last four pikemen move in on Charlarn, two hitting him for a total of 8 damage.

temporarily transformed into a giant red pitcher in shorts, Sara yells "Oh YEAH!"

Always happy when people with reach weapons come to her, Sara takes a five ft step into melee with the pikeman on her left (shouldn't activate an aoo) and strikes with both swords. Both are well swung and one has the potential to be quite devestating

(ooc: Attack +6/+6, damage 1d6+3/1d6+1, crit 19-20X2, AC 17, hp 27/31)

Nezrak decides that the more active bandits are a larger threat at the moment, and moves in a position to to shoot at one of the group of bandit crossbowmen (R5?). He misses horribly though.

Rinaldo will rush out of the tent, trying to look scared by the attacker. He will rush (run if necessery) up to the central tent, where he suppose the bandit leader is.

Since he has drawn missle fire, iggy should probably cast Mirror Image next round. this creastes 1d4+1 duplicates which opponents must choose between. they would have an AC of 14 and anyone that was successfully targeted and took damage would disapear.

are p2 and p3 both down? if not sara will attack the one that remains, if so, she will sheath one sword (move action) quickdraw a javelin and hurl it at the crossbowman X3 (doing 8 hp if it hits) then quickdraw the sword again.

Bleeding from several wounds, Charlarn steps back to L04 (5-ft. step) and tries to cast cure moderate wounds. He'll apply his +1 dodge bonus to AC against P8.

AC 18 vs P8, AC 17 vs others
HP: 10 before casting his spell, 3 nonlethal damage

Cleric Spells Prepared (4/3+1/2+1: save DC 13 + level):
0-detect magic, guidance, light, mending;
1-bless, cure light wounds, protection from evil, sanctuary*;
2-cure moderate wounds, locate object*, status.
*Domain spell.
