So how does one pronounce Eberron?
Is it E- Baron or is it Ebb-err-ohn? Or what? :\
If this has been asked already...my apologies.

I've never heard it pronounced any way other than the second one.

Now, if you want to haul out your Kalamar materials, I'll show you true horror...

I've always assumed the second one. Based on the (admittedly variable) rules of English pronunciation, that's how it would be expected to be pronounced due to the presence of the two Rs.

Of course, it isn't an English word, and in your game you can say it any way you want!

I always pronounced it ebb-Err-ohn

A friend of mine pronounces it Ebb-err-ohn

Eberron (Ebb-err-on) I'm OK on. But how the heck do you pronounce Cyre? I typically think "sire" in my head, but I've heard other--equally compelling-- options.

Seer or Sire is about all I can think of...unless you go with a hard C, of course.

I say it very much like Aberration.
Ebb (as in ebb and flow)- er (like in her) - on (like to turn something on)
