Here is a sample Green Man of Barsoom character race that I put together for a d20 Modern/Past/Future game that I am working on. Any comments or suggestions?
Green Man of Barsoom
Type: Humanoid
Size: Large. Green Men take a –1 size penalty to Defense, a –1 size penalty on attack rolls, and a –4 size penalty to Hide checks. They gain a +4 size bonus on grapple checks. Their lifting and carrying limits are twice those of a Medium character. Green Men must use 3 hands to wield a Huge weapon, 2 hands for a large weapon. Green men occupy a 5-foot by 5 foot fighting space and have a natural reach of 10 feet.
Ability Modifiers: +4 Str, +2 Con,-2 Int, -2 Cha
Speed: 30”
Tusks: A Green man has two large tusks that jut out of his mouth. They can make one gore attack per round (or more if he has multiple attacks in a round. Each successful gore attack deals 1d6 points of lethal piercing damage plus the Green Man’s strength bonus. A Green Man making a gore attack is considered armed and does not provoke a attack of opportunity. Because of the short range of the gore attack, a Green man cannot make attacks of opportunity with his tusks. The gore attack is commonly used while the Green Man grapples an enemy.
+1 Racial Attack Bonus with Radium Rifles.

The green Martians are totally unlike the other intelligent inhabitants of Barsoom. Adult Green Martian males are fifteen feet tall and up to four hundred pounds in weight. Females reach ten to twelve feet. Maturity is age forty and lasts for a thousand years. They have six limbs. The lower set are used as legs and the upper set act as arms. The intermediary set of limbs are employed as arms when needed or as legs when the creatures desire to run on four limbs. However, throughout the Martian stories, the middle set of limbs are always used as a second set of arms. The skin coloring of the green Martians ranges from a deep olive green for mature males to a lighter shade for females and young. Green Martian women are similar except tusks are higher and larger. Female bodies show rudimentary nails which males lack. All have huge white tusks and red-irised eyes. Their ears are antennae- like projections from the tops of their heads.
Adult Green Martian males are fifteen feet tall and four hundred pounds in weight. Females reach ten to twelve feet. Maturity is age forty and lasts for a thousand years, until they voluntarily take the pilgrimage of death down the River Iss to the Valley Dor--Martian Heaven.
