Maybe this is all a hoax, but with the guy getting free advertising for his products from this story. Man, I love the story of the fisherman who found one of those cheese, did eat it and said it was the best he had ever tasted. :D

The health-food authorities say such a cheese shouldn't be sold. But if the process works, the guy could then build a special well to sanity norms where his cheeses will safely ages underwater.

Anyway, the fishes must be happy!

When we toured a peat bog in Ireland a few years ago, we were told that they'd found 100-year-old cheese in the bog (probably someone's lunch that was accidentally lost and swallowed up). Allegedly, someone had the courage to taste it, and declared that it was still good.

They'd also found old bottles of Guinness, still intact and drinkable.

I don't know why you folks are so surprised. It's not like we Canadians have anything else to do while we wait for the return of hockey.

This is like the Dirk Pitt novel that didn't get the pass from the editor. Maybe if you added terrorists.
