The Elven High Mage, from Races of Faerun, pages 182-183, has an ability called Seed Affinity (Ex). This ability, reduces the base DC of a chosen seed by two. I have a question about this. Does this only affect the DC of an Epic spell you create BEFORE you create it, or is it retroactive? Using Nail to the Sky as an example, what if I got Seed Affinity: Foresee, AFTER I developed the spell? Does that reduce the new end DC to 62? Or does it only affect Epic Spells created with the foresee seed from now on?
