Such a beautifully jewelled collar she wears... surely this woman has no excuse for the parchment she leaves on the tree.
To die, to sleep; to sleep, perchance to dream...
And that's the problem - what comes after death?
If death's an end and things are what they seem
Then end it all, don't take another breath,
Let go to nothingness and no more pain,
Ignoring pain that you might leave behind,
They just don't know it, those who would remain,
The agony you feel within your mind.
It hurts to think, to move, to feel, to care,
And hope is too far gone for you to dare
Believe this sort of life would ever change,
A life of love and joy would be too strange.
Yet choosing death, once bound to endless night,
What if you see the ease to make it right?
