Or type in dragon cross stitch.
It appears some of these are just artwork which has been scanned in and converted to cross stitch pattern.
Is this legal?
If not, should I narc the guy out to artists, and ebay?

If you really want to narc on the seller, report the Mickey's Christmas Carol pattern that is also for sale to Disney. I seem to recall them being rather aggressive about protecting their copyright.
