Covering vagabond

Alright, let's talk about the Vagabond you want to create for your game.

According to your desires as to the creature's abilities in your game, when the vagabond possesses an adventurer, do you want it to:
a) have control of the "host's" body or
b) act as an independent creature which simply shares the same space as the "host"?

And
When it possesses an animal, does it:
a) have control of the "host's" body or
b) act as an independent creature which simply shares the same space as the "host"?

Thess distinctions will be the most important in determining how we tailor the vagabond to your needs.

Hi Devon,
in both cases mentioned above, the vagabond acts as an independent creature which simply shares the same space as the "host". but i would like it to be able to infulence the host's actions.

What level of influence?

Are we talking about opposed Will checks, or do you simply want the vagabond to be able to say "pssst, hey -- move a little closer to that guard tower and I'll help you free the Princess" ...

Or, in the case of an animal, "psssst, hey -- move a little closer to that old, abandoned, creepy castle and I'll make sure you get a nice dinner and a chance to propogate your species."

(because, what else would motivate an animal?)
