What Classes or Prestige Classes give Flurry of Blows?

The Battledancer might- I don't recall- but it is a "capoira" version of the monk. Check it out in Dragon Compendium v.1.

However, AFAIK, its nearly a unique ability. Even the OA Shaman (updated to 3.5 in Dragon Magazine) does not give the flurry of blows ability, and it was upgraded to improve its unarmed strike ability to be more like the Monk's.

IIRC, one of the alt-barbarian abilities (from UA? - I can;t remember) replaced the normal rage with a whirling rage which basically removed the +4 Con and replaced it with flurry of blows.

The Exotic Weapon Master PrC can get "Flurry of Strikes", which is flurry of blows with an exotic double weapon or spiked chain.

If a PrC or feat has a prerequisite of "Flurry of Blows", that's pretty much code for "prerequisite: Monk 1st". They just don't like using class levels as prerequisites.
