[Ptolus] Erik Mona Blogs Final Ptolus Session

Erik Mona

Adventurer
Monte Cook's Ptolus campaign, in which I've played since 1999, ended in a spectacular combat featuring more than 100 painted miniatures, lots of high-profile NPCs from the newly released Ptolus hardcover, and 13 player characters controlled by six players.

It was absolutely crazy and one of the greatest D&D experiences of my life. I blogged about it a few days ago, and thought you guys might be interested in seeing the recap (with pictures!).

Wow! That's quite the finale. How fitting that the guy who co-authored Fiendish Codex 1 had a fiend within his character.

Thanks for sharing. :D

Great stuff!

Way to finish the campaign with a bang. An epic battle with lots of hand-painted metal miniatures - ahhhh, paradise!

I've gotten a lot of inspiration about the write-ups that have come from the Ptolus campaigns. It's a shame that they will soon be coming to an end!
