As you're no doubt aware the Black Golem has been converted by BOZ & co and is just awaiting its time to be posted in the Creature Catalog.

Is the wood golem similar as the one in Dragon 119? If so there's this conversion. Or perhaps its similar to Mystaran wood golem, in which case try this one

On the Wood Golem, according to Shade's notes on this thread, the Wood Golem in Dungeon #14 is different from the others. And by others, I'm assuming that it's different from the versions in Dragon #119 and Dragon #341 and from the Mystaran, Athasian and Tellenian varieties

Variant harpy mostly fluff difference.
in the adventure a bard changes a harpy into a goodly lovely creature and it implies that the change may be genetic.
