[D&D Cartoon Characters] Do the kids stats add up?

Got a question for anyone with the D&D Cartoon supplement that came with the DVD set:

A friend of mine is running a WLD campaign, and to replace 2 of our fallen PCs, we now have our ranks bolstered by Hank & Sheila from the D&D cartoon (who pretty much fit right in level-wise with the group).

However, the DM did a bit of reverse-engineering to determine skill ranks, AC & all that and came across an error or 2. First off, Hank's AC was lower than it should've been by 2 points (IIRC); also, Sheila had 7 skill points more than her max (after dropping the boosts from stats/feats to skills).

Anyone else notice any off numbers in the kids' stats (or Venger's)? What did you find out?

Don't know about Hank's AC, but did your DM take any Skill Synergies into account on Sheila's skills? I know that I'm always forgetting about them myself (thank the gods for Heroforge!)

Thanks! Totally forgot about synergies.

And, with that accounted for, sh'es actually 1 point under her max.

The stats on their magic weapons don't add up at all. And by stats I mean crafting prices. Ridiculously low.
