D&D 3E/3.5 Two Variant Bards (1e style and 3e style)

So I have developed my variant of the bard a little bit further. I have eliminated dead levels by adding abilities that don't really make the bard significantly more powerful, but give him more options. In addition I added a capstone ability at 20th that doesn't really avail the bard much at that level, but it certainly adds a nice bit of color to the class.

I have two versions of the bard. One follows the standard 3e format for spellcasting. The other is a 1e style bard with druidic spellcasting ala my previously posted bard variant. I think the variant works better with the latter, but either one seems better than the base 3e bard and more attractive to me as a player.

Let me know what you think. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
