This was somthing My old Dm told me to take for my ranger Insted of animal companion.
distracting shot, enemy is distracted (concidered flat-footed) till it's next turn or untill it is atacked. now I never asked him if this was a House rule feat or somthing he found in a book, I am looking for it now but can't find it.has any one ever heard of this.

and second, if you have would a ranger rogue gain his sneak atk on the target with his next atk that round.

It's from PHB2, I think.

IDHMBIFOM, so I can't answer the 2nd question without checking the precise wording of the feat.

It is Erastil's Distracting Shot. It is a divine fighting technique available to ranger worshippers of Erastil, aka Old Deadeye, as an alternative class feature. He's a lawful good deity of community, hunting, trade and family. His favored weapons are bows.

The deity's name won't show up on Open Gaming License source reference documents because of copyright.
