Axe of the Dwarf Lord/King.

Hey really quick question but I was wondering what the above mentioned weapons and stat's where from the ELH, thanks ahead of time.

+6 keen throwing goblinoid bane dwarven waraxe
-- Any dwarf who holds it doubles the range of his darkvision.
-- Any non-dwarf character who grasps the Axe suffers 2 points of Charisma damage which cannot be healed or restored in any way while the Axe is held.
-- +10 bonus to Craft (armorsmithing, blacksmithing, gemcutting, stonemasonry, and weaponsmithing) checks.
-- Can summon an elder earth elemental (as summon monster IX; duration 20 rounds) once per week.
