Cleric Domain Spell issue

A cleric with the Magic domain has Identify as the 2nd level domain spell.

This means that he can only prepare Identify as a domain spell, and not as a regular spell, right?

And that is an excellent Domain Spell too. No expensive material component for clerics. Pretend you're a mage and charge those silly adventurer's 110gp every time you cast it!
