Nashira was a Purple Dragon of Cormyr, indeed one of the knights of Cormyr. Her train of thought didnt exactly agree with their lawful good ways, so she was asked to retire and was given the honorary rank of General and still helps train recruits. Maybe you can get the full story out of her in character some day!
